The area is located near the Port of Thessaloniki. Right after the turn of the Courts, the first stop is the "Bridges" - above the stream of the old Station, the tree line of which is preserved to this day a little further north, on the islet of the western entrance of Thessaloniki and has been declared protected. Then at the exact height of the old entrance to the historic stables, which is a unique building of its kind, which covered the housing needs of the animals, which were transported through the port and mainly served the army, is the stop " Passers-by Center ".

Also, the Old Station area, dominated by White Luxury Rooms, is a historic site for the city's Jewish population. It was chosen for the construction of the Museum and Training Center of the Holocaust which aspires to be the voice of the 55,000 Greek Jews of Thessaloniki who were displaced and exterminated in the concentration camps during  during World War II.

Another historic building in the neighborhood is "Villa Petridi". A wealthy Bulgarian in 1900 started building Villa Petridi, on Anagenniseos Street near the courts of Thessaloniki, being sure that the city would end up in the hands of the Bulgarians. The historical events refuted him and Thessaloniki surrendered to the Greeks. Thus, the villa, which was built until 1910, was finally bought in 1917-18 by the Petridis family. The historic villa is located on Anagenniseos Street next to the Courthouse.
